Chili's Grill - Fort Worth

When we arrived at Chili's, however, we were told that we would have to wait another 20-30 minutes for a table, despite the earlier estimate. We waited and were eventually seated after about 15 minutes. It took a long time for our waitress to come and take our drink orders. We had a little one with us, and the waitress repeatedly put food and drinks within his reach. I asked her several times to avoid doing this to prevent any accidents. During our meal, she asked us to tell her what we had ordered so she could split the checks. We requested to-go boxes, but she never brought them. I ended up having to walk over to the manager’s section to ask for them myself. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I visited on a busy night and was impressed by the quick service, delicious food, and clean tables. I tried the new crispy chicken; while it was a bit tough, it was juicy and flavorful. I’m not completely sold on the new sauces, though. The BBQ sauce had a strange aftertaste, and the Nashville hot sauce was pretty bland. The standout sauce for me was definitely the cilantro ranch. I'm planning to try the honey mustard next time—there will definitely be a next visit! The new white cheddar mac and cheese is absolutely amazing.

I visited this restaurant with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, with minimal wait time. Our waiter genuinely demonstrated a commitment to providing great service. We really enjoyed our time at this Chili's!
