Chicken Express - Fort Worth

I plan to visit this restaurant at least once a week. I really enjoy their bone-in chicken because the batter is delicious, and the chicken pieces are consistently larger than those at KFC—a fact that everyone can agree on. This location is near a high school, so there are often teenagers around, which I’m sure benefits their business. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I would recommend it to everyone.

Every Monday evening, my brother and I go out to eat. The restaurant is located across from a high school, so there are often a lot of high school kids hanging out. However, they tend to be quieter and more respectful than you might anticipate. The servers are typically efficient, though occasionally they may be short-staffed, but they have always been polite.

The food was poorly prepared and seemed quite old. The staff seemed inexperienced, as they could only count to four, which resulted in just three small chicken tenders being served. It was rather unprofessional to see grown men hanging around in the lobby with women in revealing outfits. Overall, this place is not somewhere I'll be returning to again.

My son likes the hot wings and spicy and mild chicken strips. French frits and Hush puppies. I have to try. Food is good hot and fresh.

I tried Chicken Express for the first time. The service was friendly and the food was made quickly. Compared to other fried chicken chains, it wasn't my favorite. The batter was excessive, too crunchy, and less flavorful than expected but it still hit the spot.
