We all know it's perfect, in fact ibwas beginning to think something was wrong after 30 years of not once getting my order wrong and I'm hearing impaired for 4 years now so you'd think there would be 1 miscommunication! But NO! All I can say is that for thr first-time EVER I was to take a sandwich back bc the chicken was so thin, the filet, that it was mostly breading and for thr first time ever I didn't get that crunch then juicy perfectly cooked chicken breast! Anyway I DID NOT take it back just went ahead and ate it bc well it wasn't too bad and I didn't want anyone getting chastised for what was obviously a mistake from the company that supplies the chicken breasts!! Hey back to my original thought. C-fil-a is absolutely the best !!!!!! Best employees and best fast food if you can even categorize them as so!
Short staffed and felt disorganized. The gentleman taking my order was great. Opt'd for placing my order inside as the drive thru was insane. Took 15 mins to get my breakfast order. Several people waiting as well. Tough location.
Zero stars. This place has changed so much; it feels like it's being run by kids. I already went through the drive-thru to address some issues, only to encounter another problem when I got home. Bruce, I would be harsh too if I had complaints – either the owner has changed or the management has just gotten worse. How can you give me an empty bag for a kids' meal?! The manager I spoke with, Jennifer, was rude. Bruce, you need to step up your game.
I've never had a bad experience here; the service is always quick and excellent with no mistakes. However, at the Hulen location, I encountered a young man with long shaggy brown hair at the drive-thru who was quite rude. I think he needs a bit more practice with the fries before handling customers at the drive-thru.
I used the app to place an order for my food in advance, and it used to be a fast and reliable service. However, that seems to have changed. They've messed up my orders, missed items, and there's been long wait times, even with eight people on break. My online order, which should have been ready for me, ended up behind customers who were walking in and ordering on the spot. It's going to take me a while before I trust them again.
