Burger Street - Fort Worth

The restaurant serves delicious burgers with flavorful meat and fresh toppings. The curly fries are also tasty. However, the prices are on the higher side for a fast food burger, with combos starting at around $10 and burgers alone costing about $8. The service was friendly but a bit slow.

I recently visited this Burger Street location and had an extremely pleasant experience at the drive-thru. The employee who assisted me was incredibly polite and kind, setting a fantastic example for how all individuals should conduct themselves. I believe her boss should be grateful to have her on their team, and her family should be proud of her beautiful soul. She was respectful and well-mannered, and I will definitely be returning because of her outstanding customer service. It is rare to come across someone so young who possesses such great manners. Keep up the excellent work - you have a bright future ahead!

I love the whole staff at this restaurant, especially the lady from Louisiana. She really fits in well with the rest of the employees, which I appreciate. The food is always delicious, though I was disappointed with a soggy bun on one occasion. Their ice is excellent, with soft and small cups that I enjoy. The prices are great and the curly fries are the best!

The food was excellent, hot and fresh. The young woman who took my order was professional and friendly throughout the process from order to payment. The older woman who handed me my food was, too. She also asked me to wait a bit to eat my apple pie as itwas still too hot to safely eat. I will definitely return here for more great burgers and service.

I came up there on foot on July 26 2022 ticket #03-7983 hot, hungry and thirsty for a good burger combo. Marco and the ladies working there with him DELIVERED! got my food out as fast as possible make sure I had everything I needed and everything wascorrect. The food was great, customer service great! I need to come here more often! Thanks again Marco and Ladies which Ididn't catch name!
