Wasn’t very impressed with the meat and cheese board. I usually always try a meat and cheese board if it’s offered at a restaurant and this one ranks near the bottom of my list. 5 stars for the atmosphere, live music, and the service. Downtown ft worth is so cute and tiny so it’s not a mind blowing view by any means, but it’s the best you’re gonna get in ft worth.
Overall the atmosphere was literally the best and most unique thing about this place. I believe you're on the 12th or 13th floor and get to overlook the city. The service was solid and the food was decent.Food They had a nice variety of options that were unique in their own way. We did like the appetizer more than the entree. The appetizer we got had more flavor and was better tasting. The reason I gave the food 3 stars is because the steak she got did not have that much flavor, but it was cooked to the perfect rare temp that she wanted. The steak had a nice sear, but just tasted bland. The sides tasted amazing, she had mashed potatoes and spinach was really good. I had a short rib pasta, again it tasted well but I probably wouldn't get it again. I felt like I needed to add more seasoning to the pasta cause it just tasted bland.Portion sizes they were good and filling, but didn't make you feel bloated. So that's good.Service our service was solid. We sat outside on the patio, so it seemed slightly not as frequent than normal, but some people may like that meaning someone that does not always come and check on you. However, they were attentive and even let us keep our own water pitcher. The manager came by and he was super cool. Overall, I thought they were good people.Military discount yes.Adult beverages probably one of the best parts of the meal. The beverages were strong, well priced, and had flavor. They nailed that part. I had their old fashion and their tequila drink. My lady had their rum drink. We were riding the wave and enjoying the breeze and sunset outside.Price for us 2, the final bill was $139 pre tip.Parking: There is a garage right across the street from the restaurant. It's free after 6 or 7pm Monday thru Friday (have to verify the days of the week, maybe includes weekends)
I loved the ambiance and decor of the restaurant. It had an amazing view. The drinks were very good (unique flavors) however the food wasn't good. I had the brisket sandwich and I was disappointed. It lacked flavor--it tasted like meat doused in sauce between two pieces of bread and cheese. The wait staff was also great. I would return and try other menu items, but I don't have high hopes.
The service awful..the lady that know spanish very unprofessional and stupid and food was a waste of money We ask for 3 tables and they said they will hold it..when we arrived it was taken 2 of them so what the hell you ask for all our info when we arrive on time???!!! Ended up going the next day for the BEST EXPERIENCE THERE DI NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!! THE WAITER ASSIST US VERY RUSH ALL THE TIME WHEN IT WAS NOT THAT BUSY..SHE WAS OUT OF CONTROL HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Impeccable food. Amazing service. Gorgeous views of Fort Worth. If you come here, you have to sit outside to enjoy the view. It was perfect weather with a great singer, David Raybuck. We will DEFINITELY be back! :)Food: 5/5
