Blue Sushi Sake Grill - Fort Worth

When I first moved to Fort Worth, I didn't like a restaurant until I came here!! The staff was so friendly and our waiter was so sweet. He knew it was my first time and gave me a free appetizer. I was so impressed by this place when my father came to bring him here and he loved this place too.

The first time in this place. Modern and left type of vibe. Had some sharp edemame as an app. Had the lunch option of two Maki with a choice of house soup or salad. My friend chose the house salad with Wasabi Soy Dressing. I ordered a crab of coconut soup (curry). It was all very good. What did it really do for me, even though the dirty blue martini was. 10/10 the bartender prepared it for perfection. We chose the Hotel California roll (not raw and tempura fried) and the lion roll (red). Everything was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Matthew, our waitress was on the ball. With his attention, a birthday party was almost perfect. Good and drinks were on site.

I reserved two tables. I arrived, and when I went to the restaurant, I read a sign that if I parked on a parking lot in the back of the restaurant, I moved my car because I would be dragged. I notified the other person in my party and we were a little late for our reservation. We sat at a very small table, so I asked a bigger table. We said there was a 30-minute waiting time, but a woman came to our table and informed us that she made room for us. The food drinks were great. The guy waiting for us was not the most pleasant person and it took a while to come for the food. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I wish we could have had our first waitress.

Service and quality are safe here below. Not very friendly at the Hostess booth. Almost like they didn't like their job. The table was sticky. Had our appetizers before we got our drinks. I know it was busy, but they have to go a better system. It has definitely gone hills with quality of food too. Small reels for the price. It's just a shame. It won't be back.
