Chili's Grill Fort Walton Beach

Chili's is a fantastic place to visit. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the prices are really good. If you haven't been to Chili's yet, you’re missing out! Definitely go check it out!

I really enjoy dining here, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered the chicken tacos with fries and steamed broccoli. Unfortunately, the tacos arrived cold, as if they had come straight from the fridge. The fries were greasy and had a cardboard-like texture, and the broccoli wasn’t even steamed—it was simply taken out of the refrigerator. I might have to look for a new favorite restaurant.

My wife and I dined at Chili's, where I enjoyed the Caribbean salad with chicken and she had the Southwest salad with chicken. Both salads were fantastic. Before our meal, we also had chips and salsa, which were delicious; I especially liked the thin chips. The service was outstanding, and we would definitely recommend Chili's to everyone.

When we came in, the host was very unchalant and not very welcoming. She didn't smile or even turned off the host booth. She told us to wait outside (due to COVID), but just a tip when you say that people outside are waiting at 45 degrees weather, please be more polite.

Our server took forever but when he showed up, he REALLY showed up. He gave excellent customer service and special attention! My family will definitely go back!
