Chick-fil-a - Fort Walton Beach

I walked in with my kids, and Eklus kindly opened the door for us and took our order. He was a wonderful, sweet man who provided great customer service. The food came out quickly, hot, and delicious. I asked for a side of pickles, and they were given to me with a smile, which added to the pleasant experience. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

I really don't like spending my money here or supporting hate, but I couldn't waste a gift card from a well-meaning gift. However, if I hadn't had a free meal, I wouldn't have chosen to eat at this restaurant. They don't seem to support family values, especially since they claim to recognize all families and that love is love!

This restaurant offers exceptional customer service. Although I've almost stopped eating out, I always return to this place. It is clean, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the entire team presents themselves well and is well-managed.

I really enjoy this Chick-fil-A! The service is consistently excellent. However, I'm curious as to why the play area was removed. Our kids were quite disappointed when they discovered it wasn’t there. A play area also makes it much easier for moms who are managing little ones. I would recommend incorporating a play area in the next remodel. Other than that, keep up the fantastic work!

I stopped by to ask for directions, and then my car wouldn’t start in the parking lot. Fortunately, one of the staff members passing by came to my rescue and helped me out! They had to jump-start my car. Regardless of the fact that I didn’t order anything, all the employees I spoke to were incredibly kind and helpful. 10/10 for the fantastic staff! By the way, I absolutely love their grilled chicken sandwiches!
