Mary Brown's Chicken

I asked for only cheese on my Big Mary. The worker gave me my sandwich and I confirmed that’s it’s only cheese. He said “yes only cheese” I got back to work and it was a regular Big Mary with all the toppings and no cheese. I can’t go back because I am at work. Very disappointed they I was not listened to in the first place and then lied too in the end.

Used to be our go to chicken place but the last few times have not been good. We only seem to get chicken legs, arms and breast with 1/3 the normal amount of chicken. Tonight was the 3rd time in a row so we will take our business

My forst question is why is the lady working so miserable? went on Thursday afternoon around 2 pm waited and waited and waited to be served with only 1 other customer waiting for food. ordered Nashville taters and coleslaw to go. recieved my order about 20 minutes later then drove home 30 minutes to discover she didn't give me the coleslaw. Started eating the taters and 1 of the taters had a hair cooked into it. Seeing as I already lost out on the $5 dollar coleslaw I just threw that tater away. Well get near the bottom of the tater container and there is another hair ??. I've tried calling to speak to the manager and they don't answer the phone or say no manager available.

Came here yesterday for some takeout and ordered a spicy big Mary combo. Though everything tasted great I was very disappointed in the size of the fillet in the big Mary. It was so thin they should call it the skinny Mary. I took a picture of the inside of the sandwich and even at the thickest part the filet never exceeded 3/8 of an inch and there was chicken missing right in the middle of the sandwich. Not very good value especially at a price point starting at $12. I would expect this sort of thing from KFC but honestly The last time I had KFC the filet was thicker than Mary Brown's.
