Pho Hoan Pasteur - Fort Saskatchewan

It was late. Food was made fast and hot when I came home. Only the perfect amount of spiciness for my taste.

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Fort Saskatchewan. The food is excellent. From the quality of homemade broth to the delicious Vermicelli bowls. Portions are always huge and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

This place for the first time on Sunday tried. We ordered for departure and the service was quick and friendly. The Vermicelli with beef, chicken meat and shrimp was amazing. You can try the charcoal grill they use the meat. Huge part! My daughter said the cattle broth was the best she ever had. 10/10. Very recommended.

Pre-Covid, it used to be a place for me. Pre covid i would rate 4/5. Since the Kovid this place has gone significantly downhill. The food is now practically unusable, the noodles hang together and soggy with a strong floury taste that should not be the case in RICE NOODLES, made my stomach hurt. The meat is overcooked and the broth is on the warm side. The vermicelli?s vegetable-nudel ratio is absolutely egregious, 25% noodles 75% bean sprouts, I order it without vegetables and I put some of the free bean sprouts bc i like vegetables, but Dint want to sacrifice all my noodles for them lol, and the waiting staff had the Audacity to call me how brazen can you be in no attempt to eat salad. It's like throwing everything in a pot for the whole day on med temp and ?nuke? it when served. Space has lost my business until I hear better improvements have been made. Made a pre-order on Skip the Dish, to be delivered between 7pm-7:30pm, when I got home from work. The restaurant confirmed my order on Skip and then didn't bother to make it to have delivered at the requested time. They didn't make it at all. I finally had to chat with Skip about it, as the restaurant couldn't even be bothered to reach out to me. Very, VERY poor customer service.
