Wendy's - Fort Myers

I was the 8th car, but I just had to wait 5 minutes. This is the total time I had from drawing to the line to drive with my food in my hand. It was one of the fastest connections to any trip I've ever experienced. The food was fresh, it was hot, and they didn't forget my straws or napkins.

At first I wait almost 30 minutes in the drive thru line. Yeah, sure it's busy whatever. Then I'll come back to my hotel and the food is wrong. I'm trying to call 7 times as I shocked her and somehow his fault the phone doesn't work. I couldn't go back immediately as it was dark and my headlight is out as the pouring rain stopped, I went by! And I'm grilled, why I don't call or drive back, and the employee inside screams about how I could only call free food for the question of two double stacks that they messed up, he did it again that I couldn't even call because THEIR phone doesn't work and I disappeared my mind. Collect it together and learn customer service

Go for lunch twice a week. Always super fast and food is always perfect.

The place is neither likeable or unlikable, as it is simply a drive through place. The food is good as is the service.. I usually have a half salad and Dave 's cheeseburger and recommend them.
