As far as my personal experience at the airport shula it was good. stephanie was our server (12/15/2017 @5:30 clock she was great! accompanying, friendly and prompt. I believe she deserves a raise in salary and as far as the rest of the nonsense complaints I have seen, I think they come from individuals who have personalities or something.
