Pdq - Fort Myers

I had some problems with my meal, but Cay and her team went above and beyond to make it right. They have gained a loyal customer in me!

I visit this drive-through restaurant about once a month for lunch. The food is consistently good, but the main reason I wanted to write a review is because of the exceptional service provided by Gwendolyn and Brianna. They are always friendly and energetic, and their fast and efficient service with a smile never fails to brighten my day.

I recently dined at PDQ store 0411 and it was truly the best PDQ I have ever visited. The dining area was spacious, immaculate, and stunning. My order was taken by Nessa, who provided outstanding customer service. She even suggested trying the Reese's cookie to go along with my meal, despite my usual preference for chocolate chip cookies. I was pleasantly surprised and give this experience a perfect 10 out of 10. I definitely plan on returning.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant, and to be honest, they really give Chick-fil-A a run for its money. The chicken and chicken sandwiches were the best I've had in a long time! Their homemade sauces are also incredibly delicious.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I will definitely be returning. The main dish I ordered was cooked to perfection and tasted fresh. The prices were reasonable and the restaurant was clean with prompt service at the register.
