Leoni's Pizzeria - Fort Myers

The nighttime staff is fantastic, and while I haven't had anything delivered, the drivers are always friendly and polite. However, the morning shift worker is quite rude and seems to dislike his job. I witnessed him being disrespectful to a customer over the phone, and after the call, he continued to talk negatively about the customer. His poor customer service skills drag the whole experience down to a one-star rating. If it weren't for him, this would be a wonderful local eatery.

We ordered dinner tonight and got the bacon cheese fries for $11, but to our disappointment, there was no bacon at all. We paid in cash and tipped the driver nearly $15, despite the restaurant being just 5 minutes from my house. The food was disappointing overall. I called to address the issue, and the person I spoke with offered me half off the bacon cheese fries for my next order. I couldn't understand why I would order them again. I requested to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 5 minutes, only to be told that the manager wasn't available and I would need to call back tomorrow. Normally, I wouldn't be one to complain, but as a restaurant manager myself, I believe I would treat my customers much better than this.

I am still reeling from what I imagine is food poisoning from Leonies since last night We had mozzarella sticks that were not even cooked properly I barely took one bite of the pizza is probably the culprit it was the worst sadly! chicken fingers andfries and I don?t even dare touch the meatballs that I got to make for dinner with pasta tonight I?m not gonna chance it becauseI feel like I?m dying both my daughter and I have had massive pain in stomach and diarrhea from their food. Ongoing They wereso rude one time when they couldn?t break $100 bill and I figured I?d give them one more shot but never ever again my God it?salmost worse than labor pains Buyer beware! I?m so put off by last interaction on phone with female manager that I don?t wantto be verbally abused again I just wanted to warn people Call them for what ,that? I?m 1000% sure I?d get no support,understanding or refund

I walked in and, despite being overwhelmed with phone calls, they managed to take my order in under five minutes. After about ten minutes, I received my pizza and two-liter soda. I ordered a pizza topped with pepperoni, chicken, steak, and extra cheese, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't greasy at all. It was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. They even provided cups for my drink, which was a nice touch. The pizzas come with packets of crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese. Considering how busy they are in the aftermath of the hurricane, they're doing an amazing job right now. If you're within 50 miles of this place, make sure to stop by. They really know how to treat their customers and serve the best pizza in town.

First time me and my fiancée ate here. She had the Antipasto Salad and I had a pepperoni pizza. Pizza was above outstanding. Tina loved her salad but couldn?t resist trying a slice. She was amazed also. Definitely will be back for more. Thankyou for agreat lunch!!!!
