Arby's - Fort Myers

The staff at this restaurant are the most unprofessional I have come across in a long time. I will not be returning to this location.

I'm leaving this review specifically for Jackie. Although I don't know her last name, she was the sweetest and most welcoming person I've encountered. She truly has a kind soul and deserves this recognition; I hope she receives it! On top of that, the food was great too!

The woman at the drive-thru was very friendly, but unfortunately, I felt a bit unwell from something I consumed.

The customer service is superb! We have never had such a pleasant experience through a drive thru in ANY fast food establishment. The food was delicious and hot. What a great place to eat at!!

The service was extremely dirty sticky floors outside of the concrete was falling apart there was no wheelchair access nor was there access of any kind to assist the handicapped or the elderly the staff or somewhat pleasant at times and somewhat very rudethey seem to be condescending as if is the customer was more or less dumb the sheriff was out on most of their drinks so theydidn't even have drinks to serve the customer then when you asked for the drinks that were available they acted as if you wereasking for them to give you something that I wouldn't even yours just generally a bad experience and horrible food and we loveArby's
