Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I typically have no complaints about this place, except for the inconsistent portion sizes. The chicken is always served hot, juicy, and flavorful. However, I've noticed that the coleslaw has been lacking lately.

I got home with our order and noticed that I had requested double fries and no salad. I also expected a six-finger plate, but instead, I received one with only four fingers and claws. They can't even get a simple order correct. This place is awful!

We have dined at this restaurant at least five times in the past eight months, hoping to see an improvement in the service. While the salads are creative, they are often made incorrectly, with the wrong dressing being served and bread frequently missing from the container. Only one of our visits resulted in a correct order.

While I tried to order, employee Casey Hurley helped me with the menu and was very friendly while I did. He received me. I definitely come back!

First time trying Zaxby?s and likely the last. Got the fingers plate. Chicken was pretty good but everything else was meh. The toast left a lot to be desired. The fries were horrendous. Literally tasted like feet. After I ordered, I had to wait about 13 min.
