Moe's Southwest Grill - Fort Mill

Service was terrible.the food tasted bland and old. Rice was dry. Chips very stale. I would not recommend this Moe's to anyone.Food: 1/5

I love Moe's but this location was horrible. Service was negligent and disrespectful. Had to argue with him to get some queso on my bowl and refused to give me extra meat but still charged me for it. Management was present but not cocerned with how the employees we're running tings right in front of her. All the portions were skimp compared to every other Moe's I have been to and the food tasted of cleaner. That place gives Moe's a bad reputation. Please give a different location a chance. No other location has ever been this bad...

Always a struggle with this staff. They don’t begin pickup orders until you arrive, even if you arrive at or after the pick up time. They forgot items off of my order and claimed it was because the items were on the back of the receipt. Also they never have a manager on shift. Or so they say.Lastly, the individual making my food asked for another worker’s phone in order to look up how to make the food.You don’t deserve to have a location open if you refuse to staff a manager and train your employees.

The food that I ordered was the chicken stack, and it was amazing. The service was good, and they actually had a good conversation with me while I waited on my food to finish cooking. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
