Suh Sushi Korean Bbq - Fort Collins

We just enjoyed an incredible dinner featuring the best sushi and Korean fried chicken! The owners of Blue Fin have recently taken over Mi Sushi in Fort Collins, and they've introduced a fantastic new menu. The sushi, crafted by Chef James, is simply the best in town. They use high-quality, fresh ingredients and authentic sushi rice, which I truly appreciate. The Korean fried chicken is wonderfully crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside, perfectly cooked and tossed in a deliciously sweet and mildly spicy sauce. I highly recommend it. P.S. Be sure to try the Plum Wine cocktail—it's amazing!

My partner and I are sushi enthusiasts, and we've struggled to find a place we truly enjoyed in Fort Collins—until now! We've discovered this gem! The rice is fresh, and the ingredients are top-notch. Everything is served at the perfect temperature, and nothing seems pre-prepared. The staff is incredibly friendly, and there's a sushi bar right when you walk in. The atmosphere is wonderfully cozy. I would give it a perfect 10/10!

I met up with some friends last night (June 6, 2022) and we chose a few sushi rolls to start. We also asked the waitress and the Sushi Chef to recommend a couple more, and everything was fresh and absolutely amazing! The restaurant is under new management, and the Sushi Chef is truly a culinary artist. The service was excellent, and our waitress had a great sense of humor. I recommend picking a couple of your favorite rolls and then asking the waitress for her suggestions on one or two additional options. Don’t forget to try their Sparkling Sake—it’s fantastic! Overall, everything was incredible!

PREVIOUSLY- BlueFin I don’t even know where to begin, I’ve been going here for 6+ years and I can wholeheartedly say I’ve never had better sushi. The fish is high quality fish that’s been imported into the US. The owner himself drives down to receive the shipments, he’s an amazing guy. Beautiful technique, made with love (literally) you can tell this is his passion. And his wife is an AMAZING woman. Everytime I come in she is sooo happy see us, recognizes us every time. She even remembers our puppy family and is so happy we come all the way out of state to see her. I can not preach how incredible this woman is. They are absolutely thriving and I love it!! EAT HERE!! I'm Korean-American, grew up eating Korean food, and this place is LEGIT. I couldn't be happier to find an authentic Korean restaurant in Fort Collins! My friend and I ordered Yangnyum Fried Chicken (seasoned w gochujang sauce) and gopchang jjigae (spicy stew). It hit the spot. Like to the core. And I even ordered more chicken to go for my family and it literally stayed crispy even after 2.5 hrs of sitting in my car. I'm definitely coming back (we'll probably go at least once a week). Highly recommend this place!
