Raska - Fort Collins

Raska is amazing. the amount of taste packed in every little bite is incredible. I tried the brussels, sambosa, tedlas freude and the reispudding, and everything was amazing. almost the entire menu is vegan, with taking an eggshell and a chicken dish. still text/call to order with pickup and no pre-site dining room.

Wherewww this restraunt deserves and exaggerates from five stars! the food had so much taste, we got the combo with a cricket stew and another with the butternut quash and I was amazed how delicious it was. we have to go and sit to try a bite outside the restaurant, ended up there and almost end our food! the injera (sourdough flatbread) is so tasty and brings the aromen of all foods. there are tons of vegan option, I think only a dish has huh and another has eggs, but all the other is vegan. the woman who has raska is the definition of life with compassion. She's so sweet, she talked to us and made sure we liked everything. After we told her how much we loved her to eat, she even filled our To-Go box with extra remnants! if they are looking for a place to eat in continued collins, without any doubt they go here. I would come back to the fc again and again and honestly, just to eat here! best Ethiopian cuisine!

This place was just amazing! ordered the mushroom shell and also the pink lens shell. we ate every bite and would have eaten more if our stomachs had more space. highly recommended for anyone who likes delicious and delicious food.

The restaurant is not completely vegan, but most of the menu is. the standard is vegan, all that is not vegan is clearly specified. eating is amazingly delicious, healthy and has large portions (especially when they get sides.) the stars are made in a flash, the others require frit so that they simply cook time. this place was so small and it was hard to get a place and covid forced it to take off or one of two terrace tables. that means that it is really fast, as the workers are dedicated to cooking time and not serving so much. I think it's a victor. injera is vegan and ingenious. try ethiopean. would buy five stars hc only allows them for vegans only places.
