Rare Italian - Fort Collins

We visited this restaurant to celebrate and it turned out to be a fantastic choice! It is one of the best authentic Italian restaurants we have tried in the area. The atmosphere for our late Sunday lunch was relaxed and joyful, yet still sophisticated. The tomato sauce was fresh and light, the handmade pasta was perfectly cooked al dente, and the steak was cooked to perfection just as we had requested. The highlight of the meal was the hazelnut pie served with a scoop of dark chocolate gelato - absolutely delicious! Although the prices were on the higher end, the quality of the food made it completely worth it.

I recently dined at this restaurant during the Great Plates Special event in Fort Collins Old Town, and I must say the food was incredibly delicious and the wine was tasty. My friends and I were able to try a variety of dishes as everything was on a special deal that night. It was a full house, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. Although I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side, the quality of the food and the top-notch service made it worth it. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

This restaurant is one of my favorites. Whenever I visit Fort Collins, I always make sure to stop by. They make all their pasta from scratch in-house and age their meat for at least 28 days. I highly recommend trying their ribeye, lasagna, and ragu dishes. They also have a great wine selection and the service is excellent.

Pleasant experience. Service wasn't exactly matching the price point, however the food was superb and the wine selection was varied. Open kitchen concept, outdoor and bar seating.

Always a great experience! Highly recommend their choice charcuterie board (their burrata is a MUST! and the New York strip. They?ve modified their menu a bit recently I?d say it?s more family friendly/Italian American food than the previous traditional Italian style.
