Old Chicago Pizza Taproom

Placed a 130$ order and never received it and I have yet to get a refund of any kind wish I could have tried the food

My first time here. We came for dinner 4.25.24. No one greeted us when we sat down until 10 mins later...and we sat at the middle bar tables.. Our waiter came, then order our drinks and I had a unsweetened ice tea. The lemon that came with it was rotten and old. This shows that the waiter or whoever got my drink ready obviously didn't care to see the quality of lemon that was going to be serve. Silly, over a lemon so I didn't mention anything but still. Next, we got our food order in. My side salad came out and after pouring my dressing on it, I found a piece of plastic in my salad. Disgusting. I am now more disappointed of this place. Told the waiter and he apologized and got me a new one. Our pizza finally came out like 45 mins later and a different waitress brought it out to us.. we ordered the Chicago 7, and we're told they're out of olives. I was like okay fine whatever. Our waiter didnt bother about us until time to check out. Now, I would say pizza was okay. Guess, I was already over it with this place. My overall experience here was disappointing. All I ask is friendliness, smile, decent service and clean food. I still tipped more than what they deserved but I won't be back and won't recommend. Staff needs work.

Ordered a speciality pizza online a few months ago. Went to pick it up. Pizza was completely the wrong one. They did remake it but had to wait 30 min. Other times the pizza had been undercooked. Still have hopes for this place as we enjoy the food most of the time.

Had them make a Nashville hot chicken calzone at the location in Lakewood. It was fire!!

I think that overall I enjoyed my time here. We had a moderately sized group and we came at a late hour and service and food was still decent. There was some service mistakes such as a forgotten order for one of our party and a dish meant for another table was given to us. The forgotten order was given free of charge so I think that was completely fair compensation. Overall service was kind and good was still tasty so I can't really complain. I'd come back.Vegetarian options: Not many options. Maybe some salads ?
