Hot and fresh is how I would describe this fast food restaurant. Presentation is helpful too.
The posted hours indicate that they close at 7 p.m., but when we arrived, we were told that they actually close at 6 p.m., even though it was only 5:45. The staff didn’t have our order ready! Most restaurants and fast food places take orders until 15 minutes before closing. I was able to place an order at another Charley’s just 3 minutes before closing! It seemed like the employees were just being lazy.
