When I came into the window to pay, I realized that my entire wallet was left in raleigh and that I would not be able to pay for my lunch (I was hungry) and would have to wait until dinner to eat. without tyson banks explaining something about the hired who works the drive-thru window, he told me was lunching on them without hesitating. that meant so much to me, and he is an exemplary employee of the brand Chick-Fil-A and everything they stand for. it is an excellent customer service like this (and the delicious food) that returns me. this week when I passed this special Chick-Fil-A again (with my wallet actually on me this time), I went back to say thank you and pay for my meal. the personal refused the payment and told me that my further loyalty to Chick-Fil-A was enough. the big people here make the big eat even bigger!

Only to give this order a three star, because Caleb Jackson was very helpful. Two sandwich ordered? 25 minutes later I went in and they had no idea of my order. Time wasted. Again thanks to Caleb.
I ordered 2 Cobb salads with EXTRA ranch for lunch on Thursday June 30th ?.. got back to work and had NO dressing ?. Who on earth wants to eat a dry a salad ?????? I tried calling 4 times to let them know and of course they did not answer the phone. Thanks Chick Fil a gotta spend the rest of my work day hungry.
I had never experienced any issues with this specific Chick-fil-A location. Arianna, who took our order, was extremely friendly and even informed me that 10 sauce packets equal a bottle. We requested 10 sauce packets, as shown in the picture, but only received 1 packet per order for a total of 3 orders. This left me wondering why.
