Good food... a bit expensive for the kind of food it is. But terrible service. Eating is always slow to come. Today I waited 10 minutes before the guy behind the counter recognized me to take my order and then I had to repeat it three times. Stars would be lower if it wasn't for food.

If you don't want to serve someone last minute, then cancel the order. However, my order was filed an hour before the conclusion in DoorDash, what I felt as a turkey? Burger, but rather a rock slate. It wasn't disrespectful, even trying, I didn't eat all day. I can't understand how it was sold at all. I work the hospital cafeteria closes at night when I come in. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Will order NIE again.

Thanks KEVIN for the immediate welcome at the entrance and PARKER for the friendly personality. Kevin beat the most important western taste for my wings and it was delicious. I had the Jamaican Ruck taste for the first time and it was also good. The frits were tasty and the shrimp-poboy sandwich was nicely filled. The pickles were very delicious. Although it lacks taste on the shrimp addition a little salt or dressing is a fast fixation. I recommend the peach tea and the lemonade as a mixture. This order was late at night near the closing time and I really appreciate how these young men held the customer service to five stars. An immediate greeting, friendly conversation, recommendations and smile made this experience five stars from beginning to end.

I ordered crispy Jamaican wings with veggiereis and got a completely different order. I called to correct it and they said they would repair and recover the order at no cost. When I came to pick up the corrected order, they informed me that they would not make the order until I returned the other order (not was said when I called first). I said I threw it away. You insisted that I go back home to retrieve the discarded order. I did this. I brought the shattered order and told them they could keep him and their business because I never protected this place again. And I went to the Hamilton Mill site and had a better experience.

Food is always fresh , the business is always clean ? every one is polite I love this place ?? They always give extra sauce no charge the yum yum sauce is the best
