Mcdonald's - Flowery Branch

I love mcdonalds frys. but the last three times that I fry there, they were very soggy and Cold.i will go to the Mcdonalds from friendship before I go back there. the service is very slow and bad.

Most obnox manger ever for a customer service. Waited 8 minutes on the counter and NO ONE even asked me what I wanted to order. When I asked if someone worked the counter, the manager said I should wait for the drive to be their priority. He said if I don't like it, I could go. What I did. Will never be in this place again, even to use the restroom. If this is what MDs are, let us all know so that we can start our business elsewhere. Too bad I had to give a star that wasn't even earned.

I really wish I could leave a star review. I never end up with the right food and they always seem to mess with the simplest things. I'll never eat here again. I'd rather starve than eat here again.

Service was slow and poor. the manager worked and seemed to be aware of the situation, but never did anything to treat the situation

This is the absolute WORSE drive thru EVERRRRRRR! I was excited that an MCD was now in the area, but almost EVERY visit, my order is wrong. The kids taking the orders at the window need better training. PERIOD! One kid making drinks at the pick up window had on gloves and was hanging out the window, rubbing his gloved hands on the outside of the window seal and then turned around and started making drinks with those same dirty gloves. Totally unacceptable and especially during a pandemic!!!This location is more convenient, but I will drive the extra miles to Oakwood before I spend another dollar at this location.
