Bojangles - Flowery Branch

This location is terrible, chicken is always dry and old they constantly confuse orders it?s simply not good as it should bojangles is God when done to standard pls get it together.

Tonight for late dinner and had the best service I ever had in a Bojangles. The staff was very nice and the food is hot and fresh!

Now I've always heard of those who have breakfast this morning, I have to try for myself. Guess what it didn't disappoint. For the first time I give 10 out of 10. I had the sausage and cheese. They even season my eggs on the cookie. I had two of them, it was so good with the rounds. ? they were under the staff, but the staff was polite and gave me great customer service. I came to Bojangles this morning just before 10:00. The place was super busy because he had short staff. I know it's impossible to work someone more, but the people who showed up were great. There were only about five or six employees in the entire building, but a manager and a lady who does all the food work we do? I'll see it again. Please let them know they are appreciated.

RUDE! We spent $60. Our order $68 my daughters order. We was in 2 different cars. They got mad because we had a large order. Mad because we asked for plates (3) and forks and napkins oh and cups for the tea we ordered. Then gave us like 10 of each!! Over kill!! We was over charged for an order that was ALL WRONG, but did not know till we all arrived at the lake. The slaw was spoiled!! My daughters order was messed up as well and did not get any straps she ordered or frys. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE WE DID!! ALMOST $130 !!!!
