Taco Bell - Flower Mound

There was a piece of plastic in my burrito. It looked like a broken piece of a cup lid. I went inside to let the manager know and she said we don 't have those here . No apology, just basically called me a liar. How can lazy people like this be allowed to handle food???

This is the new chalupa meal. No sauce, napkins, etc. they haven’t had Baja blast in months. This place was good a year ago.

I came in today looked at the menu and ordered. The computer showed a different price.. try to talk to the manager they could not understand basic English. They said they don’t have a manager?????????? And the store doesn’t have money to change the old menu. So all that prices are not right. How can they run a business without a manager and tell the customer that they don’t have money to hire people??? I will contact the customer service to solve this problem because I have never seen this before. Also the employees were extremely rude they could not explain and talk English and still want to be rude when they were wrong!!!!!! I really hope they can do something about it.

It 's Taco Bell. They were super busy and the truck with supplies had not delivered. Many of the staff were out ...the few that made it in were on task and made it happen anyways with great attitudes! Seriously, this is the crew you want!!!! Give these people raises!!!!

8:30 on a Tuesday…two cars with small orders ahead of us and it took 23 minutes to get a single chicken burrito. No one cared…just business as usual. Ridiculous.
