I absolutely love this place for my smoothies, but they really need to hire more staff. When I went in today to pick up my online order, there was a long line with only one person working. I felt sorry for them as they had to handle customers in the drive-thru, inside the restaurant, and online orders all at once. The employee yesterday and today were both incredibly kind and courteous, and I was impressed by how hard they were working. Despite waiting for my smoothie for 20 minutes, I appreciate their great service. I suggest they hire more staff, or alternatively, they could consider closing the front doors and directing customers to use the drive-thru only to ease the burden on the lone worker. I have seen other businesses do this, and it really helps the worker handle the workload more effectively.
Today, on 7/29 in the morning, I experienced extremely poor customer service from a young lady with black hair who appeared to be in her 20s or 30s. Throughout the interaction, I felt judged and encountered a bad attitude. Additionally, the smoothie I ordered was terrible. Due to this negative experience, I will not be returning to Smoothie King.
Awesome location. Great customer service, friendly, polite, get the order out fast. Every past order here has always been top quality. My favorite location, I definitely recommend this location.
My husband and I go to this smoothie king quite a bit and usually have a decent experience but tonight the smoothie wasn’t even drinkable it tasted so bad. We showed up at 8:30 and all the lights were off and the kid working seemed put out. We returned the smoothies and he just mumbled something at us and walked off. We didn’t want money back but the whole experience was terrible. Probably won’t be going back.
