Jakes Burgers And Beer - Flower Mound

I want to take a moment to recognize a server who truly went above and beyond! Last night, Gregory V. was our server at the Flower Mound location, and he was exceptional. He made sure our meals were perfect for our family, and his interpersonal skills, politeness, and promptness deserve 10 stars. We watched as he efficiently managed the entire dining area without missing a beat! As we know, many restaurants are struggling with staffing issues these days, and we could certainly use more people like Gregory V. in the world. Thank you, sir, for providing us with a wonderful experience! Great job!

"The food is decent, and the patio is fantastic. It's a dog-friendly place, and you can get a chicken breast for your dog for about $3.25. They have a good selection of beers, and the menu has recently been updated to include salads. Overall, I enjoy going here because it welcomes dogs."

The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The loaded fries with chili were absolutely delicious, and the burger was top-notch. I highly recommend this place!

We had a large group come in this past Sunday without giving the restaurant a heads up and had a great experience. Morgan took care of us, kept our checks separate (without us even asking and got everyone's orders right. She also made sure we had coldbeer : She was super positive and happy even though I know she wasn't expecting such a large group. And kudos to the kitchen- they got all the burgers out way faster than I expected.

We always have a great experiences at Jakes in Flower Mound but this last Sunday Morgan really impressed us. She was personable and attentive our entire meal. She also had great recommendations without being pushy. A big thanks to her and as always theentire staff at Jakes!
