Missy' S Cafe - Florence

That was good. We were on a 15-hour drive from Florida back to Maryland and my husband wanted some southern food. He got fried pork and I got the country fried steak. The greens were excellent. That's the Macn cheese. Sweet tea was on the spot.

My best friend and I drove home from the beach and just drove around to stop and eat. We came over Missy's Cafe. This is the best soul food!! Prices are reasonable with fantastic menu choices. Let me tell you now !!!! This food is excellent!!! Came out piping HOT. And just like mama would have made it! And the staff was excellent!!! I had 3 pieces of the crispiest fried chicken, some mama slapping mac and cheese potato salad and rice with scratch made gravy all for like $12 wow! I use to go to Horns years and years ago when ever I visited Florence asked a couple locals and they recommended this place Omgoodness thank God they did! I need a nap and to loosen my belt now!
