Mcdonald's - Florence

Food was amazing and made fresh. Staff was extremely nice and prompt with service. There was a customer at the register being extremely disrespectful and rude to the cashier and the employees quickly and calmly took care of the situation. 1/29/22 6:45 PM. Very graceful and professional staff.

Very unfriendly. Little girl at the window actually mocked me when I said ma’am. Rude.

First my order was given to the wrong person ... the man brought it back inside. Then the manager attempted to give that bag to my husband. Unacceptable! Then our order was messed up. I asked the manager to see my receipt and of course she had a nasty attitude. Never will I stop here again. This McDonalds will never get a dime from me again.

Not a fountain, no strawberry milk shakes. they had a very long line that tells me that you will get a lot of customers. preparation for such a large amount should be a priority one

Very good service. Drive-thru was very fast. employees were very nice.
