Mcdonald's - Florence

Mcdonalds experience ever. I went through the city and went through the drive with my wife. When I came to the order microphone, I was asked to wait. then they ignored me for 10 minutes. people behind me were angry and honking, and some left the line and drove away. I tried to ask the microphone if someone was there, but the woman who seized command ignored me. I finally got frustrated and continued. I never have my mcflurry. I was so angry at the experience that I had zero desire to go back to any mcdonalds anytime soon. that all happened on Sunday, May 22, when the manager reads that.

They claim they are short staff, but those who are here move in a screw step. keep the escaping area as they cleanse.....no try to clean. made of ice are drinks warm. French fries partly raw.

Delicious filet o fish! hot and crispy! I ate my sandwich and pommes. the bathrooms were very clean! I will make it a point to stop here on my next visit to florence!

Consistently, the worst experience. taking the children into school is the time critical....everyone knows that but here...always wait .even if they are the only. please move forward"Oh snap! he ordered 2 sausage biscuits! what we will do. what we will do! also received acidic milk one morning. that's just a joke! this is no longer a rocket science. waffle house is a block away. to visit or to walk in....might be a few minutes longer, but eating is hot and service is real.

Filet o fish was old dry and nasty, fries were cold and service was so slow I almost walked out with no food. As it was I threw the food away and went somewhere else
