Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was quite unfriendly. I purchased a bag of ice, but before I left, I changed my mind. When I requested a refund, the cashier refused and accused me of something. After asking to speak with the manager, the cashier finally agreed to refund me for the ice. This experience really highlights their lack of focus on customer service. I've never encountered such behavior in stores in California. I won't be returning to this place and definitely wouldn't recommend it to others. The customer service at the Flagstaff, Arizona location was particularly troubling.
The staff was friendly, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The happy hour prices were quite reasonable, making for a lovely après-ski experience from what started as a quick stop!
After our initial attempt, we had to go home and make a second trip to sort through the mess, and Heidi was there to help us once more. Her patience and dedication made a challenging situation much easier. The positive takeaway from this experience is that my wife is now considering purchasing from alternatives to Amazon in the future, which could ultimately benefit both of us financially. Heidi truly deserves recognition for her exceptional service and understanding.
Dreadful laugh today. has not tasted after coffee or milk
This location has good parking and the store is clean. I’ve found that there are discounts and deals not always advertised with my Amazon Prime While Foods app.
