SoSoBa: The Nonstop Noodle Shop

Nice cozy spot. Server was new and didn't put our order in the system correctly but we were taking care of quickly when they realized the issue. Loved our food. The tofu in the Mothra bowl is AMAZING! Will definitely go back when we are in town again. Cauliflower was really good. Options are marked vegan on their website but not the menu in the restaurant. The normal noodles that come in the bowls are not vegan, need to be substituted.

They have items that are clearly marked vegan. The SUV (So Ur Vegan) is always tasty and changes with the season. Good drink selection.

Was pleased to find a hot bowl of vegan ramen, the SUV, after eating roughly 5 ok vegan burgers on an Amtrak from Chicago to Flag. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was very nice. I left with a full stomach and a bunch of recommendations from the staff on things to do in and around Flagstaff.

Their vegan options are a bit bland, as the other reviewers pointed out (we unfortunately do not check these before we had both the suv and the green curry: both lacked in sose, a little flavored and above all some vegan logik to cook (especially the suv had a lot of random toasts that did not seem thought out again, I doubt that they would never ask a vegan food after my much better vegan options in flagstaff, enjoy the!

Have the suv (so they are vegan only vegan noodle dish and it was salty and not tasteful. $15 for the bowl and $5 extra if you want to add tofu.
