Satchmo's Bbq - Flagstaff

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 Blackened SWAI Filet was on point with exactly the right amount of kick on the catfish style season. The rice was a nice supplement to compensate for the kick. 1/2 lb bovine breeze has a good ratio of meat and fat and can be cut with a fork and spoon. The slider hats were not impressive and type of Bland. They gave a sweet and spicy sauce to eat with it and both were interesting and delicious. The gumbo had a touch of bitterness, which was surprising, but great different. Ambience: 4/5 small cozy business with some musical decorations. Definitely has seen some traffic on the basis of the worn marks on the ground service: 5/5 fast and at the point value for price: 5/5 would definitely come back when we 're in Flagstaff!

Extremely good BBQ! Hands-down Superb! Don't come to Flagstaff without trying this place! A quiet place with a relaxing terrace and views of the nearby mountains! Beautiful wall artwork on the terrace, otherwise it is nothing imagination, but does not need to be your BBQ is exceptional

This place is not a joke. Gumbo as good as everywhere in the country... po boys were on the spot... I have the comfort food so I can't talk on the BBQ, but I bet dollar against donuts it's also good.

Was through and saw the reviews in this place. Wanted to try it and it wasn't disappointed! Ordered the burned ends, ribs and the 10 inch around Mac Cheese, everything was so delicious! Ribs were damp and fall of the bone! Would recommend trying the Mac Cheese, the portion size for it is great! It was just me and friend, so the next day we left everything. The staff was nice and friendly.

You would never guess it when you pull up but this place is awesome!!! You might just think it's just another place in a strip mall, that's one of the best barbecue places there is. I highly recommend you come by and try this place out. There's a lot of barbecue places out there but this is definitely worth it. The mac and cheese is awesome!
