Mcdonald's - Flagstaff

Had a great experience here. The store and the bathrooms are clean. The gal in the drive thru was very friendly. When our order came wrong, I took it to the house and Kris was very helpful and friendly. She quickly repaired our order. Great McDonald's location.

I had a very large order to place the day before our work event. Holly assisted with it and when I accidentally swiped my personal card instead of my own, she was very patient and helpful. Great customer service. Thank you !

Food is always really good. We go there for two reasons, 1. I have doctor appointments every month in Flagstaff and that 's our morning go too place; 2. We have a heavy heart for the indigent population, and they seem be always be there, so we enjoy helping them out with their breakfast too. It has a clean, comfortable environment. Service can be slow at times, but be patient. It 's worth it. We recommend it.

Airways great service and hot food! The drive thru worker even fixed my order to make it simple and a little cheaper! I'm not telling corporate which one though... Shout out to you mysterious hero!!

So sometimes it's ok, but today I ordered my drink with no ice and they gave me the cup half empty. Only ordered it like that because they were out of the frappe's I normally get, and I don't like ice in my drink, but this is just ridiculous
