Pizzicletta - Flagstaff

The pizzas are light and fresh. the server was on knowing what the vegan options are. we have an salad without cheese, flatbread appetizer without cheese, a veganara pizza, vegan pizza with mushrooms and vegan gelato (blue mais and melasse) very nice raised environment. in any case recommend when they visit flagstaff

I had the margherita pizza with cashew ricotta and it was by far the best vegan pizza I ever had. they also have a rotating, daily vegan gelato, which is also delicious. the location is great because it lies right next to mother road brewing so that they can grab a beer while they wait.

That was the best pizza I had for years. the crust was on the spot. her cashew ricotta was remarkably good. her vegan flavor was beyond taste.

This place is a true italian experience. The owner has extensively traveled to Italy and even imports the flour. It sounds boujie as hell but honestly the food is REALLY good. They make their vegan mozzarella in house and even my non vegan friends think it’s delicious. It’s a great place to take visitors/ a date. They also serve pizza in Dark Sky Brewing during select hours.
