Burger King - Flagstaff

I said the sauce was in the bag. I moved. Sauce wasn't in the bag. Back through the ride and asked for my sauce. I have a dirty look because I asked for my sauce. You lied about my sauce. I'm not back.

I stopped in to this Burger King to grab a quick breakfast before continuing my trip home. The food met my expectations and that one individual category earns a three star rating. Overall I can't award more that two stars. This indicates that I was disappointed in some aspects of my experience. In this case, service and atmosphere. Evidently, this restaurant had a recent roof leak and a ceiling tile had collapsed into one of the back booths. The area has not been cleaned up. Also, the restaurant dining areas, overall, had not been not been cleaned. I wiped down the table I chose to use myself. And finally, no napkins were provided with the delivery of my meal. I had to ask. They had none, so once again I fended for myself and obtained some paper towels from the men's room. The crew should have been better trained.

Completely messed up two burgers in one drive-through order. We were able to get our money back. Once inside of the restaurant, we found out that they were out of most toppings. I had ordered jalapeños and was charged extra for them. My friend's fish sandwich was also wrong. Could have saved us time by informing how they were out of food supplies.

They got our order wrong, and as usual it was lukewarm at best. Burger King sounds good in theory, I used to love Burger King. That does not seem to be the case the last few years, and that's Burger King in many different states.

The customer service is good. But unfortunately the request of the order didn't come out so well. I requested a cheeseburger with just cheese nothing else on it . got a cheeseburger with cheese pickles mustard and ketchup. My son is unable to have red dye. The hamburgers the cheese wasn't even melted it was still cold so the experience overall was not that great. I suggest checking your order after you exit the drive thru.
