KFC - FIVE DOCK

I spotted an unsightly sight in the carpark of KFC Five Dock while passing by McDonald's nearby. It was far from pretty. In fact, it was pretty terrible. It was quite a turn-off. I just hope this doesn't reflect the cleanliness of their kitchen!

I went to this restaurant around 7:15 pm on April 22nd, 2022 and had several complaints about my order. First, I ordered a 10-piece chicken wings meal, but only received 6 wings in the box. Additionally, they forgot to give us the drink and we had to come back and ask for it. There was also no package given with utensils like a spoon or napkin, making it difficult to eat the mashed potatoes. Lastly, the chicken in the burger was dry and salty. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and consider it the worst one I've had.

I visited KFC Fivedock this week and, like last time, I found it to be extremely dirty. The bins were overflowing, the floors and tables were filthy, and the toilets were so unclean that I couldn't bring myself to use the Ladies' room. This store is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. The staff appeared disinterested and spent more time chatting behind the counter than actually cleaning. I will not be returning to this location.

Rubbish splattered outside and birds helping themselves. Floor in the store greasy and slippery. Needs a good clean.

Service was very fast, within literally 3 minutes we received our food. Great professional communication
