We chose to have breakfast there three days a row! The staff are friendly and efficient and prices reasonable. We also took one of their salads down to the Carlton Gardens for lunch.
Food is flavourless, very disappointing and stingy only provide one soya sauce capsule for two sushi portions. Over priced for what you get.
Very good coffee. Staff well groomed and friendly. I like the cake presentation and the way they serve then.
This place takes up almost the whole entrance of St Vincent's Private Hospital. In fact they are bigger than the Hospital Reception area. The food and drinks are overpriced and not the best quality. It's like sitting in a shop window when eating at the Café.
It is often overlooked that most hospitals have cafés or restaurants. The St. Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne is no exception. Right at the corner of Victoria Parade and Nicholson Street, through the hospital entrance, past the lifts, is the Zouki Café . For a fast food restaurant it's huge. the selection is enormous and reasonably priced. Food and coffee taste better than some. But what struck me most, was that there were still tables available, even at lunchtime. It's only a Stone's throw from the Victorian Parliament, and worth a visit if you want a good lunch or coffee in quiet surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the inner city. I found the staff very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to prepare my double-decker sandwich just the way I like it.
