When we book a table online. We didn’t know we have to get a Easter set menu, I’m pretty sure it’s not us only, there’s a couple sat there didn’t even know as well. The food wasn’t that great small portions and very light seasoning.

For $38, you'll get a small crab that doesn't have much meat on it to enjoy. The food is served randomly by the chef and not all at once. However, the crab sliders are tasty and a good value. It would have been better to order four of them to get more crab. The nachos were disappointing and were soggy.

We loved Katie's crab shack, delicious food and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend to anyone who loves crabs and delicious food. The fried pickles are also very enjoyable to eat.

The service was excellent. The food was delicious, but on the expensive side depending on your order. The restaurant was very cold with no heating, and the seating was uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that the restaurant is closing down.

We were really disappointed with our experience. We had booked to be seated inside however once we arrived were told there were no tables available so had to sit outside by ourselves in the freezing wind. After 40 minutes we were finally able to move inside so we thought things were looking up...until we released we had waited an hour and a half for our main dish. We ended up getting a refund and leaving feeling very unsatisfied. The food was tasty but the service ruined the entire experience. Management need to invest time into training their staff. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone unfortunately.
