Industry Beans - Fitzroy

Came here on Sunday around 11am for breakfast with a friend. It's a very popular spot so we had a coffee outside while we waited. Just leave your name on the list and they will bring out a coffee for you. I ordered an espresso. It was rich yet I would like it stronger. I seated in an outside area with heating. While it's winter the heating worked well. I had the wagyu burger and it was good. My friend had poached eggs which was plated well. We had 3 coffees, 2 juices and 2 dishes. The total was around $75. Pricey. But the service was good, food was fast and good setting.

36 hour over in Melbourne before heading off to Tazzie and SA on footy tour. Breakfast at Industry Beans on recommendation. Even by Melbourne standards, coffee was great. Breakfasts were excellent as well (crunchy beans and quinoa with poached egg on top really good). Very nice, sunny space located in a maze of backstreet in Fitzroy.

They do an amazing array of coffee beans and styles of diffusing the bean into a delightful blend. We experienced the pour over and aero press. Breakfast was also a treat- silky scrambled eggs with beetroot relish on sour dough and cinnamon dusted brioche. Thanks

Great spot - well managed queue at peak time. Great coffee and the food looks awesome. Would recommend asking for an extra egg if you choose the truffled egg - or a side of toast. Staff are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable.

The coffee is OK and the food portions are small. Looks pretty but we needed to get other snacks after this meal.
