Hanabi Sushi - Fitzroy

This was such a disappointment that the sushi quality in the area/city is quite high. A dish was ordered and the rice was dry and not completely boiled. It made us look very sad that it was gone. I wouldn't recommend Hanabi.

Yesterday I stopped for a quick lunch on my way home and remembered how convenient Hanabi Sushi is for a healthy food running. I had a vegetarian don buri with tofu top it was thick, tasty, hot and tasty....Portion size is perfect and it is delivered super fast. The seat is limited, but I never found a table. I will often only get sushi rolls (egg or seaweed are my favorite), although yesterday was cool and I have the opportunity for a warm break. Staff are always friendly and efficient, they are wonderfully cared for and this is always the case. Definitely my go for a fast nutritious meal on Smith Street!

Really  the best/fresh sushi in Melbourne. Have been coming here every Tuesday for 1.5 years and am never disappointed with the sushi. I highly recommend the fried prawn handroll. I also recommend the salmon and avocado handroll. Always very generous with the wasabi and ginger. <br/ <br/ :D :D
