Subway - Fitchburg

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The three items I wanted were unavailable, and the service was lacking. It felt like they were making excuses for me when I didn't want to order anything off their menu.

I ordered two sandwiches through the app 25 minutes before my pickup time. When I arrived five minutes after they were supposed to be ready, I waited another five minutes before asking where to pick up my prepaid sandwiches. An adult manager told me he had just started working on them. I then asked him why I should order ahead if the food isn’t prepared in advance. His response was that it wasn’t his fault. No apologies were offered by anyone.

Had a meatball sandwich and it was pretty good. I was looking for comfort today. The restaurant was clean during lunchtime.

Really quick service and stopped what I actually wanted.

This Subway Subs location (5957 McKee Road, Fitchburg, WI) is very clean and the people are super friendly. The breads, vegetables, and meats are very fresh and tasty. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this location.
