It was a lovely place to stay for a week vacation. The staff were always very friendly, helpful, useful, and accommodating with everything. From front desk to the cleaning crew, managers and everyone running this place kudos to u all. They have the gym, hot tub, and pool accessible throughout the day, every day for guests. Resteraunt, liqour store, in the hotel as well as it's pretty much in the center of fernie. It's a pretty perfect place to be if ur planning to explore or visit throughout this beautiful town.We were aiming for a suite; however, the week we chose to take an 8-day vacation... they got extremely full. However, yet they were able to accommodate us at the last minute, even though we showed up 3 days prior to our original booking without any extra charges or headaches. Lol, not to mention with our new baby puppy. Which was extremely relieving.I strongly recommend park place lodge to everyone i know all the time and encourage YOU to check them out aswell too!It's a beautiful, clean place that's been around for many years. And it's looks the same as I remember it 10 years ago. Amazing ?

That bacon jam is delightful! Added to the burger with some gorgonzola, damn it was tasty. Our server was actually very good.

This was the worst pet-friendly room we have ever stayed in with the smell of urine the moment we stepped inside and urine stains on the bed and throughout the room. Aside from how clean our room was, the employees were great to communicate with and the rest of the grounds were good.

Biggest shoutout to front desk staff, Marieme, who went above and beyond for our stay and made our weekend very special with her hospitality. The restaurant also offered really amazing food including the breakfast bistro and the pub attached to it. We were absolutely blown away by the service and the amenities offered here, highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Fernie!
