Mcdonald's - Fernie

I asked for spicy habanero. they put the new spicy sauce on it. turns out im allergic to the new sauce. if only they would've given me what I actually ordered. I will never visit this location again because of this. thanks McDonalds.

Pretty standard McD's, except they: (1) didn't mess up a single thing on a somewhat complicated order (2) dealt with some pretty ignorant members of the public in an efficient effective manner. Great job to the staff on shift. ?

My husband was severely burned with coffee when an employee dropped it onto his leg in the drive through (dropped it because it was so hot it was burning their hand). Nothing was done to help, not by the employee or management. Not posting pictures to spare everyone seeing the result of the burn which he ended up in urgent care for.

Terrible service. Place an online order in advance, parked in the pickup area, waited 20 minutes, went inside just in time for them to be coming out. Got back into my car looked at order, missing hashbrowns and they half wrapped one sandwich and it fell apart in bag on everything..... Extremely unimpressed

Accurate and friendly service. Got my order right and had lots of extra onions, lettuce, and pickles on my big mac. The big mac looked like the ad, big and stuffed. Tasty hot chocolate too! A great mcdonald's location.
