Salt - Fernandina Beach

Everything was absolutely delicious. The food and service were exceptional. We stayed at the hotel for a week, and after our first visit, we decided to return just two nights later. Fortunately, we managed to secure a table. There was even live music on a Wednesday! The food is so good it practically melts in your mouth, and the staff really cater to your needs. We brought our 3-year-old daughter along, and she loved every bite of her meal. If you're looking for a great dining experience, definitely visit this place—you won't be disappointed!

We went for our 11th year anniversary and all the staff made us feel extra special. The cocktail drinks were 10/10, the smoked old fashion????????. The food taste is emaculant, if your looking for quality, but quantity it will leave you desiring more.

I wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars! The food is amazing, the people are great, and we had a fantastic time. It is a bit pricey, though. I ordered the wagyu steak ($95), cooked medium, and it was absolutely incredible! My date had the lobster ($125), which came shell-free and sliced into bite-sized pieces—delicious! There was live music that added to the joyful atmosphere, and the service was exceptional. I will definitely be back! We love Amelia Island! The only downside was the portion size of the side dishes; I received just a spoonful of spinach! But honestly, who cares?! This place is worth its weight in gold!

Absolutely one of the best meals we had on Amelia Island, as well as an incredible dining experience! The staff were exceptional—very courteous and patient, taking the time to explain every item on the menu. The food was fantastic and beautifully prepared. I would love to return and would highly recommend it to anyone! This is a must-visit when you're in Amelia Island!

Stacey Kyle, our servers, were wonderful. And we always enjoy hearing Taylor Roberts on the guitar. Tonight he did a fun rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody! As always, all of our food was delicious! I highly recommend the Raspberry mocktail if it?s inseason. Very light and summery. Me and my step-son shared the Red Snapper Halibut. The Halibut tasted like the sauce, whichwas very good but the fish itself didn?t have much flavor. The Snapper tasted almost like chicken! I?ve heard people say thatsome fish can taste like chicken but I?ve never experienced it myself before. The desserts were amazing- I really enjoyed mymousse covered in chocolate. I was told the ice cream was caramel (made in house! , but I wonder if they switched it outtonight, because I swear it tasted exactly like a Ferrero Rocher. My favorite dish was the pasta appetizer. If it?s availablenext time, I?m ordering that as my main dish! It was smothered in truffle butter and oh, it was so good!
