Light, with just the amount of 'crisp ' from the meringue yet soft and melty in the mouth. Just the right balance of texture and flavour. I definitely prefer the bittersweet version. If it was a little bit darker (more bitter) it would be even more amazing!
Big claim but I think they are right the bittersweet chocolate cake is superb! And they also serve the best coffee in the mall!
I adore their chocolate cake! It is a must have, I haven't tried anything like it before! If you need a cake for any occasion this is literslly perfect. You can't go wrong! Thank you for my breakfast!
