Izakaya Shogun Rydalmere

First I want to start by saying that the pork and chicken gyoza were great! However that's where the praises end. We ordered the gyoza and two tonkotsu ramen via uber eats. The noodles had a nice texture, however the eggs were plain boiled and each dish only had one piece of pork. Now to address the worst broth I have ever tasted. Dirty seaweed flavoured dish water is the only way I can explain the taste. After paying $60 for a meal that was so underwhelming and off putting that it ruined the mood of the night. I would have left a review with uber, however you have turned off customers ability to rate their orders and have not picked up any of our attempts at calling the store. Extremely disappointing and definitely won't be coming back without some form of explanation on the state of your ramen!

OMG amazing ! Best kept secret . Food amazing , been there twice this week and every dish was spot on. Ordered mainly entrees and shared with hubby and best value for money not to mention how great the food was. Only just discovered it so maybe the past was not great but now we couldn't fault either time we've been. Quick, clean , good price . Def becoming a new favourite .

Very difficult to find because it's not advertised that it's located inside the Rydalmere tavern. The food was good and we were surprised that it was pretty quiet. It was fairly priced and more people should try it.

Great vibes here. Ordered the vege kakiage udon $11 and plain curry $9. Both dishes were cooked well. Had extra 3 eggs $1 each and the yolk was cooked longer than anticipated. Overall, nice experience.

We are close to the company and we are often going to go. It’s so easy to eat. I'm looking forward to working as a young man, but I'm very happy to see you. I don't know what is, but it's like Korean.
