Betty Cakes Cafe - Fellowship

From the moment my family and I walked into Betty Cake's we were greeted by the amazing and friendly owner. We all had something different for lunch and it was all delicious. We ADORE the cakes. I love the cakes here so much we decided to have our wedding cake made by Betty Cake's! 10/10 recommend. If I could give it more stars I would! Dietary restrictions: They have amazing, delicious items to cater to anyone's gluten free needs.

I find some of these negative reviews astounding. Kandice, the owner- is one of the kindest souls on the planet. She is a beautiful person. The croissant sandwich I had was absolutely delicious and don’t even get me started on the slice of vanilla cake… DIVINE!! The cakes have not changed at all since I started eating here years ago. They are and will always be delicious. Thank you Kandice and your sweet staff for the amazing lunch! Will definitely be back ASAP!!

Boy, the owner of this place thinks she is a very very special just look at her. She absolutely positively hands a new definition to the term RBF. The reality at hand is she purchased a very successful business from a very successful woman who had an incredibly loyal client bas. She is actively working to destroy it. Riding on the coat tails of a person whom retired and you purchased their business can only last for so long. More so, in a city like Ocala which is very very small. And, the cakes have gone downhill.

Betty Cakes has the perfect and ideal concept of beautiful, creative and moist beyond the palate cakes BUT their sandwiches and Waldorf salad struggle without a true attempt to provide a decent bed of lettuce that doesn 't reflect wilted farmers crop. For the price of their sandwiches and the reputation of their lovely cakes, you would think that their fruits and vegetables mirror the same quality but unfortunately they pale in comparison and it 's definitely a NO for the sandwiches but always a YES for their cakes! $50+ for mediocre sandwiches drowning in mayo with brown lettuce is not what one should expect from such a delectable menu of desserts yet become disappointed by an unpalatable and shocking taste of near-rottening sandwiches!
